The package will be delivered to one of the EPOST (HDF) pickup points/lockers – you can choose your preferred pickup point/locker at the end of the checkout process.

After the package is shipped, you will receive an SMS with all the shipment details and the pickup location. In addition, you will receive a notification once the package arrives at the pickup point.

Deliveries to remote or exceptional areas may take more than 5 business days.

Items can be returned or exchanged provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Please note: no returns or exchanges are accepted for Cyber Monday and SHOPPING IL promotions.

If you would like to exchange an item (color or size) and/or return it for store credit for a future purchase, you can do so in two ways:

By registered mail – Please notify us by email immediately that you wish to exchange the product, specifying the desired item/size/color. Exchanges can be made up to 5 days after receiving the product. The item should be sent via registered mail (Israel Post) to the following address: Amanda K, Menachem Begin 38, Givat Shmuel. Please include your phone number on the package: 058-487-4575.

Once we receive the tracking number, we will send the requested item back to you via registered mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-store – You can visit the Amanda K store (Menachem Begin 38, Givat Shmuel) and complete the exchange on-site.

By registered mail – Please notify us by email immediately if you wish to return a product. Returns are accepted up to 2 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the item is received by the company, and will be issued only to the credit card used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed according to the original payment terms (i.e., purchases made in installments will be refunded in corresponding installments, and single-payment purchases will be refunded in one payment).

For the purpose of returns, delivery to a pickup point is considered as receipt of the product.

The refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping cost and a cancellation fee of 5% of the item’s value.

Clarification: The actual shipping cost refers to the amount paid by Amanda K. This means that even if the customer received free or discounted shipping, they will still be charged the actual shipping cost in case of a return.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for items purchased on sale or end-of-season promotions.

Shipping Information

We offer free worldwide shipping (via regular airmail) for any order above $70.

Shipping time for standard airmail is expected to be between 5-12 business days to the US, Canada and the following Western European countries - Germany, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Belgium, Netherland, Sweden. For all other countries, expected shipping time is 14-21 business days.
You may upgrade to an Express Shipping Service, which is expected to deliver within 2-4 business days to central destinations. The cost for Express Shipping to the US and Western Europe is $25 (after participation on our part).

Please note that business days do not include weekends (Friday and Saturday in Israel, Saturday and Sunday in most countries) local holidays, and the day of pick up. In addition, shipping may be delayed due to custom hold up or extreme weather conditions.

Please be aware that we take no responsibility for any applicable import duty, customs and value added taxes (VAT) that may be charged by the country of import. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay all applicable import duty, customs or VAT upon delivery.

Worldwide Return Policy

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it and receive a full refund (subject to deductions as listed below)).Returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery, using a traceable shipping service that delivers within 14 days.
Please contact us prior to shipping.

The item must be in its original (new and unused) condition with its tags on.
Please note that there are no returns of personalized items and products specifically produced upon the order of the client.

We will pay you the refund you as soon as we receive the returned products, from which we will deduct accrued credit card commissions of 2.5% (if applicable) and the actual shipping costs paid by us (our participation in shipping costs varies between $10-$30).

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Amanda K.
